Every job opportunity begins with sourcing. TEKTAL looks at its internal database first. Based on the records kept, it pings various candidates. Parallely TEKTAL spiders its local network and resources from the local community. Finding local candidates helps the local economy and benefits the client in alleviating hiring costs.

Once a candidate is sourced they are evaluated in our hiring process. In most cases, we also get an authorization from the consultant that we have the right to represent them. Once a candidate has been short listed, we support them in making sure that their questions are addressed to our best knowledge and also make sure that both the client and the consultant are seeing eye-to-eye in relation to a specific job.

Upon selection and acceptance, TEKTAL continues to monitor the candidates performance on an ongoing basis. These can be in the form of phone calls or offsite meetings.
